PASSPORT MANDATORY A passport is required for US citizens. Be sure to confirm that your passport is current and will be valid at least six months after your return date. If you do not have one or need a new one, contact the State Department Passport Office in your area immediately or visit their website.

Non US Citizens are responsible for verifying their own required documentation for this tour.

FLIGHT & PASSPORT INFO Two months prior to your vacation, you’ll receive an email with a link to upload your flight and passport information. This is important for us to be able to schedule your arrival and departure transfers.

INSURANCE Travel Insurance is not mandatory, but, based on our 30 year experience assisting singles in need, we highly recommend it. In addition to direct access immediately upon completing your purchase, you will receive a quote from Travel Guard regarding travel insurance after reserving your vacation.

When selecting a travel insurance policy, we recommend that at a minimum you are covered for medical expenses including emergency evacuation and repatriation. We also strongly recommend that the policy cover personal liability, cancellation, curtailment and loss of luggage and personal effects.

The trip begins with one night in a London hotel on June 16, 2025, and the cruise ends at the port of Southampton on June 28, 2025. Therefore, the trip is 12 nights/13 days.

If you take advantage of the 2 Night Pre Package in London, which begins on June 15, 2025, then the trip will be 13 nights/14 days.

We also offer a post trip package in London to accommodate members who want to have just 1 more day of vacation or who need to depart too early in the morning and won’t make the connection due to travel time from Southampton.

A passport is required for travel to Europe. Be sure to confirm that your passport is current and will be valid at least six months after your return date. If you do not have one or need a new one, contact the State Department Passport Office in your area immediately or visit their website.

We recommend that you also make copies of your passport, driver’s license, photo identification card and/or birth certificate in case of loss, and carry them with you on your trip separate from your passport.

No visas are necessary for US citizens for any of the destinations we will visit on this cruise.

No. Celebrity no longer requires that all passengers be vaccinated to board any vessel departing from European ports.

Yes. All cancellations must be made in writing to Singles Travel International (service@singlestravelintl.com) and are subject to per person penalties. We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your investment.

In order to get the best value with Celebrity, we chose package rates that bear a penalty in the event of cancellation at any time.  Celebrity terms are as follows:

*After deposit and at any time of cancellation prior to February 12, 2025, your deposit amount of $1000 is non refundable.

*After February 12, 2025, up to the day of cruising, any cancellations or “no-shows” – 100% penalty.

No refund on any unused portions of the trip.

Air packages and air tickets are subject to cancellation policies imposed by the airlines.

When the cruise is canceled by the cruise line, you will generally be offered a full refund or the option to move your reservation to another date without penalty, often with a perk. All changes are subject to current terms and conditions at the time of cancellation. Your team at Singles Travel International will advocate for you in all cases.

In order to participate in the Singles-Only Meet-and-Greet and Optional Dinner on June 16, try to arrive at London’s Heathrow Airport (LHR) by 3:00 pm, and transfer to our hotel. Singles Travel International is a vacation event company that plans singles events and markets our events at our expense to create a “singles only” experience. We do not allow guests to join the group unless the reservation has been made by Singles Travel International. Our policy is firm for tours and cruises, as well as pre and post trip hotel stays. If you’d like a transfer to London Heathrow Airport (LHR) at the end of the cruise from the ship, your Tour Concierge will be able to help you book one directly with the cruise line once you’re on board.

In order to accommodate singles from all over the world, our tours and cruises are priced as land/cruise only. Therefore, airfare is additional. Singles Travel International is a licensed ticketing agency and oftentimes has low negotiated fares.

As part of Singles Travel International’s included 1 Night Pre Cruise Package in London, your Concierge will host a Singles-Only Meet-and-Greet at our hotel on June 16, 2025, so be sure to arrive by 3:00 pm and transfer to our hotel to participate in the fun!

If you are taking advantage of the 2 Day Pre Cruise Package in London, arrive at any time on June 15, 2025, and transfer to our hotel.

Please schedule your return flight to depart after 12:00 pm on June 28, 2025 (recommended by Celebrity Cruises).

If Singles Travel International issues a promotional economy fare, granting of frequent flyer credit is entirely at the airline’s discretion. If the flights are eligible, to ensure you earn frequent flyer credit from the airline, give your frequent flyer account number when you check in for your flights. In addition, save your boarding passes and the passenger receipt from your airline ticket. You may need to submit these to the airline (not to Singles Travel International) to claim any credit allowed.

You are responsible for airfare, airport transfers in London, shore excursions, casino gambling, shopping, and gratuities to your Singles Travel International Concierge ($15 per day recommended) and Celebrity Crew.

Cabin incidentals such as laundry, phone calls are at an additional cost and all items will appear on your final billing statement at the end of the cruise. You may also be charged a delivery fee, imposed by our vendors for special delivery of documents including international and expedited documents.

Our “Baby Boomer” vacations cater to singles in their 50s and 60s but you will often meet singles ranging anywhere from 45-75. We generally have a ratio of 60/40, women to men. Yes, there are hairdryers in each cabin. Electrical current is 110, which is the US standard. If sharing a cabin, we recommend bringing along a power strip so that you both may recharge phones, cameras and add additional items such as a curling iron.

If coming early to London, you will need an adaptor/converter for England to operate any electrical or electronic appliances.

All meals are served either buffet style in a restaurant located on an open deck such as the pool deck or full service in the main dining room at set times referred to as early and late (or first and second) seating. Singles Travel International hosts the Breakfast Club™ each morning in one of the 2 locations, which are determined via your Singles Travel International Concierge once onboard and advised to you each day via our weekly program.

We reserve late (second) seating for the entire group for dinner. Late (second) dining is generally served at 8:00 p.m. and varies by cruise line. If you desire to dine at early (first) seating, please let our reservation specialist know at the time of booking. Note that on most cruises, the majority of our guests choose late (second) seating and by selecting early (first) seating, you may be dining with a smaller group of our guests or perhaps none at all. All dining requests are confirmed once onboard, not in advance and are at the discretion of the cruise line.

In addition, there are a la carte and themed restaurants with and without a fee. Singles Travel International reserves tables of 8 for every night. You may sign up for those options and, therefore, enjoy these restaurants in the company of other singles once onboard the ship.

June is an excellent month to go to Scandinavia for warmer temperatures and longer days (almost 19 hours of daylight)! The highs run generally in the high 60s and lows in the low-to-mid 50s. This mild weather and longer daylight hours are ideal for touring, photography, hiking, cycling, kayaking, visiting beautiful gardens and shopping!

There is no baggage limit onboard the ship.

Currently, most international airlines will allow you to check one bag weighing up to 50 pounds included in your fare. In addition you may carry on one bag plus a personal item, such as a purse or briefcase. Please check with your air carrier for up-to-the-minute regulations and fees for checked baggage.

Cruising attire is not too dressy, not too casual. We call it “resort casual”; you’ll call it being on holiday. When you’re ready for dinner, it’s collared shirts and pants or nice jeans for men. Slacks or jeans, dresses, skirts and tops are perfect for women. If you want to dress up and add a little glamour when you dine out, go for it. Singles Travel International members generally add a little class to any venue!

On this cruise, there will be at least 2 “dress to impress” evenings hosted by Celebrity. Gents, feel free to bring a jacket and tie or tuxedo, and ladies, feel free to bring a gown or cocktail dress. However, this is completely up to you!

Presentable jeans may be worn in restaurants in the evenings with the exception of a designated “dress up” restaurant. Daytime wear is casual and comfortable for touring/ shopping/ swimming.

Since the air will be cool in the evenings once we set sail, you’ll want to bring a lightweight jacket for chillier evenings!

Lastly, get ready for 2 fun-filled theme nights exclusive to our members.  Our Singles Travel International Concierge will update members on the chat within 90 days prior to departure.

Our Concierge Team will create several theme nights, and costumes are recommended, although optional. More information about themes will be disclosed closer to departure via our chat and direct emails from our Concierge Team.

Packing Tips: Take only what you need; don’t over pack. Save room for souvenirs and purchases. Pack flat and full to avoid wrinkling. Bring wardrobe basics; mix and match around one or two colors. Don’t pack anything valuable, fragile or perishable. Label your luggage with an outside tag, and place an identification card inside each suitcase.

Essential Items: We highly recommend that you bring the following items.

– Open minded attitude and a smile
– Passport valid for at least 6 months after return of trip
– Binoculars
– A good, comfortable pair of broken-in walking shoes and socks (5+ pair)
– A pair of shoes for restaurants (loafers, sandals, etc).
– Evenings w cool due to the air conditioning, so a cover up is essential if you tend to get cold easily.
-Warm Jacket, hat and gloves for cool weather in the early mornings and late evenings in port.
– Sunglasses, sun block, sun hat or visor.
– Toiletries: all your daily essentials.
– Power strip for all your gadgets – most cabins have only one outlet.
– Prescription medications: sufficient supply for the entire trip plus legible written prescription in case of loss. Keep medications in their original, labeled container. Always pack your medications in your carry-on bag!
– Eyeglasses, contacts, contact lens solution. You may want to bring along a written prescription for your eyewear in case of loss.
– Over the counter medications: cold remedy, aspirin/pain reliever, antacid/stomach upset remedy, Band-Aids, Neosporin or other anti-bacterial medication.
– Travel alarm clock with illuminated face, especially for guests in an inside cabin.
– Travel journal/notepad and reading material.
– Small, basic sewing kit with a few extra buttons. Remember to pack scissors in your checked bag!
– Photography Equipment: Bring a sufficient supply of film and extra batteries. If you are bringing a digital camera, you should bring extra memory chips.

The currency used throughout our cruise changes several times. You may obtain currency in advance at your local bank, exchange on arrival in London or aboard ship.

Exchange rates fluctuate often. You may find the current exchange rates in the financial sections of newspapers and on the Internet. You may also find a number of websites by typing “foreign exchange rates” in your search engine. We recommend www.xe.com.

Aboard the ship, your credit card will be accepted to settle your onboard account in U.S. dollars. All onboard purchases are billed with a guest check and added to your personal shipboard account. At the end of the cruise, you will receive a total bill, in U.S. dollars, which can be paid with cash or charged to a credit card. If you are sharing with another guest, no worries. You will each receive a separate statement which may be reviewed at any time on your interactive TV in the cabin.

Some credit card companies may charge small international transaction fees, so it’s best to check with your provider before leaving home.

You may exchange cash and traveler’s checks for local currencies at hotels, banks and exchange bureaus. Banks offer the best rates.

Credit Cards: Your credit card will be accepted to settle your incidentals bill at all hotels and in major shops and restaurants. MasterCard and Visa are most widely accepted.

All countries you will visit have laws against the purchase and export of certain items, including antiquities, national cultural property and certain animal products, especially endangered species (ivory, rhino horn, tortoise shell, coral, feathers, etc.). Additionally, the United States has laws prohibiting the import of certain items, which include many of the same things. You face having your purchase confiscated and/or heavy fines for exporting or importing prohibited items.

On return to the U.S., your baggage is subject to search by U.S. Customs. Currently, you are permitted to bring back $800 of goods duty free. Persons aged 21 or over may also bring in one liter of liquor and one carton of cigarettes. If you plan to purchase a lot of souvenirs or expensive items, it is important to retain all purchase receipts. However, please note that U.S. Customs may not accept a receipt as true cost if it seems unusually low for the estimated value of the item.
