The safety and well-being of our members remains our highest priority. We continue to advocate with all of our partner-suppliers to ensure that safety protocols are meeting or exceeding those guidelines defined by the Centers For Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO) as well as the U.S. State Department.
Starting September 5, 2022, some of our cruise & tour partners are removing the requirement to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
Our team has created an easy way to identify which of our vacation experiences are COVID-19 vaccination free and those that still require that documentation.

We are still comfortable asking our members to complete a Fit & Willing to Travel Commitment to retain an environment of respect. Any changes to your vacation requirements will be detailed in your Final Vacation Details & Meetup Info document sent to you 21 days prior to departure.
We first added this page to our site in May 2020 and want to thank all of our loyal members who were able to travel in this difficult season. We wouldn’t be here without you.

COVID-19 Trip Updates
THE singles travel international team COMMITMENT
From the moment you start dreaming until you return home, our entire team is here for you, to address any questions and concerns that you may have about your vacation. Our New Trip Development Team is partnering with vendors that meet or exceed safety protocols. Our Sales Team is ready to help you book your next adventure. Our Tour Concierge Team is available to you 24/7 while on your vacation and is trained in the most up-to-date health and safety regulations. If they ask you to wear a mask, take a few steps backwards, or use hand gel, please comply with their request. They are doing it for your safety as well as the safety of those around you.
Travel with trust
To help make everyone feel more safe and respected, members are asked to sign a mandatory “Fit and Willing to Travel” affidavit for all bookings, showing your best intentions to join in the fun while respecting the rights of other members and helping all of us stay safe as we enjoy the destination. This may include, but is not limited to, using hand sanitizer before boarding shared vehicles, wearing a face mask when required by local ordinance, practicing a minimum six-foot social distance where required, adhering to local safety guidelines as well as to those of our partner-suppliers and following directions as requested by our Concierge Team.
COVID-19 Vaccines may no longer be required
Starting September 5, 2022, some of our cruise & tour partners are removing the requirement to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
We have become experts on assisting our members for both domestic and international travel requirements and will continue to monitor local requirements and update our policies accordingly. Call us if you have any questions, 877-SOLO-TRIP.
Many of our partners are still requiring proof of COVID-19 vaccination and for members who prefer that environment, we recommend that you cruise with those companies who still have the safeguard in place.
No penalty to cancel
We’ve taken the risk out of making a decision to vacation.
*All deposits are refundable until final payment.
*Royal Caribbean and Celebrity Cruises offer 100% refund to non-vaccinated guests who must cancel due to a changed restriction and unable to cruise.
*Travel Insurance reimburses you when you cancel for covered reasons.
*We don’t recommend this, but if for some reason, you did not insure your vacation, our team will do everything possible to help you recoup by offering your vacation for sale to our large, 50+ singles membership.
smalL - MID group size
We feel that the best experience is when we serve a smaller group and most of our land tours are still intimate in size with 15-20 members.
Having smaller group sizes allows access to places that may not be available to larger groups, making our events more special.
Our cruises will begin to grow larger and with Singles Travel International Concierges at the helm, your experience will feel custom and intimate. Our exclusive group agenda created by your friendly, professional Concierge leader, allows you to meet and play with only singles 50+ for your entire vacation.

Most airlines have waived the mask requirement making it optional.
Transportation
Singles Travel International has always used private vehicles, exclusive to our single members on every tour. Only if required by local ordinance will we ask that you wear a mask and sanitize before boarding our vehicles.
Tours & Excursions
As we cultivate our land tours, weekends and excursions, be confident that our vacation partners are in compliance with local safety regulations such as deep cleaning and disinfecting, single use materials and wearing of masks.
Cruises
As of September 5, 2022, Royal Caribbean and Celebrity Cruises are waiving the requirement to show proof of COVID-19 vaccine. We encourage our members who are interested, to make reservations as early as possible, due to peaked demand.
We continue to partner with companies such as Star Clippers, Avalon Waterways and Paul Gauguin, who operate smaller ships with total occupancy of 250 or fewer and require proof of COVID-19 vaccination.

We are partnering with hotel properties that provide comprehensive safety and sanitation training for their entire staff including Housekeeping, Laundry, Maintenance, Food & Beverage, Public Area, Hotel Operations and Security.

Happy Hour meet-ups and sharing a group dinner together have always been a hallmark of traveling with Singles Travel International since our beginning and are still some of our favorite moments. Now we’ll be able to offer the same fun experiences in a new way! We have added more outdoor dining opportunities to enjoy dining safely and enjoy the view at the same time!
