Main Tour Package

Nassau, Bahamas
Arrive at Nassau and head to Palm Cay Marina in the afternoon to provision and acquaint yourself with the boat. The marina has five-star facilities and is a great base to start your adventure.

Allen/ Highbourne Cays
Sail to Allen Cays to see the rare Northern Bahamian Rock Iguanas, which are only found in the Exumas. Feed these gentle creatures with grapes but beware that the iguanas grow to a large size and can jump! Sail onwards to Highbourne Cay to snorkel the Octopus Garden reef at Horseshoe Bay. See stromatolite reefs on the east coast, dating back 3.5 billion years, and if the weather is calm, you can snorkel the Elkhorn and Staghorn reefs. Also spend the night at the Highborne Cay Marina, where you’ll enjoy the beach, hike the island path and trails and relax during happy hour at the marina restaurant overlooking the gorgeous bay.

Warderick Wells
Explore the Exuma Cays Land & Sea Park at Warderick Wells Cay, an area of outstanding beauty with sand dunes, mangroves and wonderful beaches. Hike the seven miles of trails ashore, wander among the remains of 18th century loyalist settlements and enjoy bird watching. Walk up Boo Boo Hill and leave your boat’s name on a piece of driftwood at the top as an offering to Neptune, taking care to avoid the blow holes. Or relax on white sand beaches, snorkel the coral reefs and spot hawksbill turtles, lemon sharks and vibrant fish. There’s even a sperm whale skeleton to examine on Powerful Beach and stromatolites to the south-west of the island, the world’s oldest living reefs. Please respect that the park forbids removal of any coral, shells or plants.

Staniel Cay
Head to Staniel Cay.  Near the yacht club, you’ll find the amazing Thunderball Grotto on an nearby outcrop, where the James Bond film Thunderball was filmed. Snorkel this marine cave at low tide and marvel at the shafts of sunlight that illuminate the cavern. Opposite is Big Major Cay, where you’ll swim with the Exumas pigs on Pig Beach.

Shroud Cay
Sail onwards towards Shroud Cay, which is part of the Exuma Cays Land and Sea Park. Use your paddle board or kayaks to explore the shallow mangroves and creeks that meander across the island. You’ll be able to spot turtles, rays and nurse sharks. Once you reach the east side of the island, you will enter a vibrant  blue lagoon and set foot on one of the most beautiful beaches in the Bahamas. If you want to stroll Driftwood Beach and take the steep walk to Camp Driftwood, be aware that you can’t leave mementos, only rocks. It was from this look out point that the US authorities spied on Norman’s Cay and its drug trafficking activities.

Norman’s Cay
Norman’s Cay is an abandoned former drug trafficking island and run by Carlos Lehder, which explains its runway. Snorkel the smuggler’s plane wreck, which rests in just 10ft of water on the south-west coast of the island. Or how about a barefoot walk on Twinkie Beach to forage among the seashells and then dine at Norman’s Cay Beach Club to watch the sunset.

Wax Cay/ Nassau
Snorkel around Wax Cay and bring your Hawaiian sling to catch lobsters or Nassau groupers. Late morning, head back to Nassau and enjoy the pool, beach and restaurants on the marina site.

Check out of the boat. Depending on your return flight, you are welcome to leave your luggage at our welcome center and enjoy the site all day.  Enjoy your Post-Cruise package (optional)

What is there to do on board?
Of course, we will be getting “conscious and intentional” as part of our many personal coaching opportunities.  Everyday, you will have the opportunity to receive one hour of personal coaching, one hour of group coaching and group meditations at the beginning and end of our days.  You will have daily opportunities to reflect on the personal insights you discover, documenting them in your private journal provided by STI for this extraordinary journey.  Last, but not least, you will have ample time to share experiences, insights and lessons learned with your fellow travelers.

What to do when you are not coaching?  RELAX and let our private Captain and Hostess take care of you!!! You may sunbathe, jump off and swim or float, kayak, read, socialize, party, dance, lead, follow, participate in group games, steer the boat, enjoy sailing related classes, sleep on deck under the stars, play board games, exercise, or just sit and take in the beauty of the boat, listen to the wind in the rigging and the waves lapping against the hull. You are the master of your day! This is not a “if it’s 1 p.m., there’s bingo in the Lido” kind of an experience. Come prepared to be interesting and interested.

Are there water sports included?
STI provides for a complimentary watersports program – kayaking, paddle boarding, and snorkeling.  One of our coach/concierge team members is a certified SCUBA Instructor – “Discover SCUBA” experiences can be arranged on a case by case basis for an additional cost.

Be sure to read our FAQ tab for even more details.

Due to local conditions, such as weather or sea states, itinerary is subject to change at the discretion of Dream Yacht Charters and our private Captain without compensation. Singles Travel International is not responsible for the consequences of any changes

Coaches help their clients improve their lives, relationships and business performance. Coaching is a collaborative relationship where, together, the Coach and Client engage to elevate the level of satisfaction the Client experiences in any aspect of their life.

A coach will help you remove blocks that have been generated by your life experiences and may be holding you back from greater achievements, goals and satisfaction. By identifying past patterns and challenging the effectiveness of your current thoughts and beliefs, your coach will help you reach for and live the life of your dreams.

The coaching experience on board our luxury catamaran is going to be breathtaking. This setting is ideally suited for creating safe and inspiring spaces for clients to engage in real conversations. Discussions will explore current thoughts, feelings, beliefs and future goals.

During our expedition, your coaches will provide information regarding your current energizing personality and how you present yourself when exposed to stressful environments. Your coaches will challenge you to understand how current beliefs could be holding you back and help you develop strategies to move forward in the future.

You will have the opportunity to experience:

  1. One on one coaching focused on your goals and dreams
  2. Group coaching where all guests will work together and benefit from each other’s experience
  3. Centering exercises to help you clear your mind and find your creative mental space

We will be working together in the environments you find most comfortable for you. In the sun lounging on the trampoline, on the boat deck, on the fly bridge, or on the beach. Together we will identify the surroundings that will best allow you to be open and reflective so that your own creative answers will rise to the surface of your consciousness. This is going to be a truly amazing experience that will have life shifting moments that will carry you forward to greater success for the rest of your life.

This trip is unique in that it requires maximum occupancy of our luxury catamaran in order to make the cost reasonable for all travelers.  A last minute cancellation would increase the cost for remaining travelers and negatively impact their group experience.  The cancellation policy covered below reflects the serious commitment requested for this trip.  This is also the reason why travel insurance is a mandatory requirement for this trip.

All cancellations must be made in writing to Singles Travel International and are subject to per person penalties as follows:

*Cancellations made prior to July 24 – Your deposit is non-refundable.

*After July 24, 2020, any cancellations or “no-shows” will be charged the full price for the trip and coaching package.

Singles Travel International is not responsible for costs related to cancellations after our cut off dates.

Allow 14-21 days for a refund. In the event that you made a deposit more than 60 days from time of cancellation, a company check will be issued in lieu of a credit refund.

Our cruise does not include airfare, transfers, extra hotel nights before and after the cruise.

You are responsible for alcoholic beverages, meals we have away from the boat (if desired by all members) and incidentals such as phone calls.

We will discuss alcohol preferences before our trip, as our private hostess will provision our chartered vessel for us.  We will make our choices and each member will be responsible for the alcohol they request to be provisioned.

The Exumas are part of Bahamas and the Bahamian dollar is on par with the U.S. dollar; all merchants accept the U.S. currency.

Other currencies must be exchanged at the local banks.  ATMs are found at the main banks in Nassau.

Visa and MasterCard are accepted widely.  Some vendors may charge an international fee to convert to USD when you use your credit card ashore. Prepare by verifying with your credit card company whether or not they have an international conversion fee. Some allow charges with no fee, others charge up to 3% per transaction.

We generally recommend $300-$500 USD to members based on their lifestyles.  Although all meals will be prepared by our on board hostess, we may choose to dine as a group one night in one of our ports of call; please bring some cash accordingly (credit cards should work as well).

Our Lagoon 52 for the week represents a new era in safety, performance and luxury accommodations for catamaran yachts.

Our luxury yacht is equipped with broad side decks with recessed deck hatches. The cockpit is level with the saloon, and has an outdoor lounge and sun-lounging area to starboard. The spectacular fly bridge is reached either by a staircase leading from the cockpit, or by another leading from the deck on the starboard side.

This extraordinary sailing vessel has a truly remarkable and luxurious interior layout which uses light modern materials to ensure bright and comfortable living spaces.

Each of the 5 cabins available to our members have their own distinct personality.  All have a private bathroom and independent shower. All cabins have incomparable natural lighting thanks to the fixed hull windows, deck hatches and portholes that open out to the hull-side or to the cockpit.

There are many places to relax, including the spacious main/ aft cabins, the comfortable trampoline nets and seats at the forward deck, and the impressive fly bridge above it all.

Electrical outlets are 110 VAC, the same as in the US.

This yacht is the ideal platform for sunbathing and enjoying the ocean and natural beauty of the Exumas.  With comfortable seating and stunning vistas, our luxury catamaran is the perfect vessel to experience one of the most transformative and reenergizing experiences of your life.

For a detailed description of our beautiful vessel, Click here.

Yes! Kayaking, Paddle Boarding, and Snorkeling are included with this experience.

Convenient access to the water is gained through swimming platforms at the rear of each of the catamaran’s hulls.

A “Discover SCUBA” diving experience might be arranged (for additional cost) by your coach/ concierge team once we are on location in the Exumas.  Due to varied itineraries and weather related changes, dive locations (although plentiful) cannot be guaranteed.

Yes. Coffee, tea and juices are available at all meals on a complimentary basis.  You will have an opportunity to select your preferred non-alcoholic beverages so that our private hostess can provision the boat in accordance to your preferences before our trip.

Similarly, you will have an opportunity to select your desired alcohol from a list of choices.  The alcohol is not included as part of your price and will need to be paid for separately by members.  Again, our hostess will purchase all alcohol for us and provision the vessel for us… all you need to do is show up and have a great time!

As a travel club, matchmaking is not our focus. We offer an opportunity for single travelers to see the world in the company of other singles and do not guarantee ratios or ages. Our vacations are specifically designed for Baby Boomers and active travelers with an average age range of 50-70. We generally have a ratio of 60/40, women to men. Ages listed on our page are not restricted. They are simply used as a guideline.

We recommend that you meet the members of the STI Community online where you may view and interact with members via “Who’s Going” on every trip page. This is the best way to find out exactly who will be on your vacation.

We encourage our members to complete their personal profiles including a photo. Knowing who’s on the trip in advance makes socializing before and during your vacation easier and more fun.

Temperatures cool very slightly to between 68-82ºF (20-28ºC) in the high season during November and April.

Sailing conditions in The Exumas are ideal, thanks to predictable, easterly tradewinds and protected waters.

Casual summer wear can be worn during the day at any time of the year. Consider bringing a jacket or sweater for any cooler evenings in November.

While the water in the Bahamas is, typically, safe to consume; there is always a chance of getting sick. If you have a sensitive stomach, we would recommend that you stick to bottled beverages only, while ashore. It never hurts to play it safe!

Seasickness is seldom a problem on large sailing catamarans. The twin hull configuration of a catamaran prevents much of the rolling motion that may cause sea sickness.

If you are prone to motion sickness or have experienced seasickness in the past, consult your doctor for a patch, an appropriate medication or natural remedies. Make sure to take your medication prior to sailing or feeling ill, or it may not be effective.

Currently, most airlines will allow you to check one bag, weighing 40 pounds, for a fee. In addition you may carry-on one bag plus a personal item such as a purse or briefcase. Please check with your air carrier for up-to-the minute regulations and fees for checked baggage.

Note: Pack lightly! We recommend a soft sided or duffel type bag due to limited space in your cabin. There are no safes in the cabins nor locks on the doors (except from inside), so leave those valuables at home.

This week is super relaxed, no formalities! Don’t forget a light jacket or sweatshirt for night breezes when star gazing. If you plan on hiking don’t forget a pair of sneakers or hiking boots, otherwise, bare feet and sandals are all you’ll need. The sun is stronger in the Bahamas, so make sure you use a stronger sunscreen than you’d use at home.

Packing Tips: Take only what you need; don’t over pack. Don’t pack anything valuable, fragile or perishable, including prescription medications and travel documents. Label your luggage with an outside tag, and place an identification card inside each suitcase.

My Packing List: We highly recommend that you bring the following items.

– An open minded attitude and a ready smile!
– Soft sided duffle bag for easy storage and easy access (may be stored under your bed).
– Light jacket or long sleeve shirt for evenings on deck star gazing.

On return to the U.S., your baggage is subject to search by U.S. Customs. Currently, you are permitted to bring back $800 of goods duty free. Persons aged 21 or over may also bring in one liter of liquor and one carton of cigarettes. If you plan to purchase a lot of souvenirs or expensive items, it is important to retain all purchase receipts. What Our Members Are Saying

I had the opportunity and honor to be coached by Dustin, and he’s the best, to say the least. Beyond being an amazing coach, he did a fantastic job at making me feel comfortable and open by creating a safe, relaxed and friendly environment to work in together, both in laughter and tears.

He’s a patient, kind and compassionate listener, and has this magical way of asking you exactly the right questions that allow you to find your own answers within, and build constructive solutions. I call it “Dustin Powers”! He’s great at helping you find confidence and motivation, while making you the actor of your own positive change with his wise and cheerful guidance.  I cannot recommend him enough. Dustin if you “ear” me, Thank you so very much!

Coaching with Sergio Charon is literally life altering.  He is incredibly insightful and intuitive and guided me to seeing the self-imposed limitations I had wrapped around my life.

He helped me unlock the childhood experiences that were driving my behaviors and leading me to choose relationships that did not serve me. Sergio also enabled me to see it was possible to redesign my life in way that is more authentic to the person I truly am.
