Yes, we are traveling again!! Our Singles Travel International New Year’s Eve Caribbean Cruise on the Sweet Symphony of the Seas departing from Miami was a fantastic experience for our 23 travelers from all over the US and Canada. Open seas, fresh air, delicious gourmet food, fun activities, and relaxing in the sunshine along with beautiful friendships brought so many smiles and memories to take home. It was dreamy!

Our home for our 9 day cruise was the magnificent Royal Caribbean’s Symphony of the Seas, the largest cruise ship in the world. There was an amazing array of activities for everyone including Ziplining, Mini Golf, Ice Skating shows, Rock Climbing, Music/Dancing, Comedy, Karaoke to name a few. Also, with 65 restaurants and bars on the ship, there was always something delicious to eat or drink! We also had our Signature Singles Travel International Events and Activities every day! Some of the most popular ones being our theme nights including Pirate Night and Roaring 20’s Night! Our daytime activities included exclusive events on the sports court for pickleball, shuffleboard and more. Our Happy Hours every day and lots of time at the pool in the Solarium kept everyone relaxing and getting to know each other.

Our first night on our cruise ship was New Year’s Eve! We rang it in dancing away at the nightclub, Boleros! What a fantastic way to celebrate together. Our itinerary included visiting Nassau, St. Martin, and Royal Caribbean’s private island, Coco Cay in the Bahamas. Everyone really enjoyed the blue water and the soft sandy beaches of all these islands. At every port, we had a meet up time so we could explore the island together. Some chose the option of doing ship excursions together as well. Every night, we had the most incredible gourmet meals in the dining room.

One of the most wonderful parts of the cruise was the friendships that we made. The group really bonded together! They were a group that was easy going, positive and flexible. If anything changed on the ship’s schedule, they just went with the flow. Also, all of the activities and meals that we had really allowed us to get to know each other!  We especially had time to sit, relax, and enjoy each other’s company at our breakfast club every morning and lounging by the pool at the Solarium. All these wonderful, fun friendships put the stress out of traveling solo. Plus, with a Concierge to help them throughout the trip, the group was even more free to enjoy their vacation.

During this NYE cruise, we were certainly able to create lifetime memories, lifechanging moments and discover the beauty of the Caribbean!! And we did it together!! Perhaps we’ll meet next New Year’s?
