About Kentucky Derby Experience

Race to Louisville with us for the Kentucky Derby, the US’ premier horse race and undoubtedly the “greatest 2 minutes in sports”. On May 1, 2010 at Churchill Downs for the 136th time, over 150,000 people will attend the track and many more will be watching thru TV and simulcast throughout the world. Will we see another longshot winner such as Mine That Bird at 50-1, or a huge performance from a favorite similar to Big Brown's triumph in 2008? It's never too early to get on the Derby Trail. This year, you’ll be part of the excitement, not just on the sidelines. In addition to Derby Day, STI treats it’s members to exclusive events and tours to make the most of our visit to Kentucky.

- 3 Nights Accommodations at the Holiday Inn AP South, Located only 8 miles (10-15 minutes) from Churchill Downs and the Heart of Downtown Louisville

Weather conditions may affect your travel to and from an event. If you are unable to arrive in a timely fashion due to weather - there are no refunds allowed. If an event is cancelled in its entirety due to weather, any/all refunds will be in accordance with the rules and regulations of the venue and/or team affiliated and all refund criteria provided will be followed by the STI office for the face value of the tickets purchased. In case any event is postponed due to inclement weather or other factors beyond our control, no refunds will be made and participants will be responsible for alternate accommodations and/or travel arrangements. Additional expenses or fare revisions, if any, shall be borne by the passengers, conversely, refund will be made to the passengers if any saving is effected thereby.
